We run cohorts of people making one of the largest decisions of their lives. That takes a machine behind it: pods matched and scheduled, facilitators briefed, participants who never wonder what happens next, a programme that starts on time and holds its shape for four months.
Right now that machine is held together by three founders doing it between everything else. It works, and it will not scale. This seat owns it.
This is not a growth or marketing seat, and it is not a platform engineering seat. Those are owned. Clarity about that is a feature — you will know exactly what is yours.
Someone early in their working life with unusual drive, who is fluent with AI tools and genuinely fast at learning systems. Someone who finds satisfaction in things running properly. You do not need experience in community building. You need to be organised in a way that other people can feel.

We are early, and the pay is early-stage. We settle it in conversation with you rather than posting a number, and it will be fair to what you actually contribute. There is real upside in a seat this central, and no pretence that it exists yet.
The work is on-site at Østre Dal Gård in Nittedal a good deal of the time, and the hours are uneven — quiet weeks, then a cohort launch or an event where everything happens at once. If that sounds like a cost, this is not the right seat. If it sounds like the interesting part, we should talk.

We have more real work than hands — research, content, community, events, partner outreach, and a farm that is becoming a venue. We take people on when we can genuinely give them attention, which means we sometimes say not yet.
