Between us: 80+ communities visited. 15+ years in systems change. 17+ ecovillages advised. Startups built, leaders trained, villages filled. And we're all parents.
Snorre is a leadership developer, facilitator, and network weaver who has spent 15 years working at the frontier of systems change. Coaching dozens of leaders and designing over 25 programs in innovation, leadership, and personal development, he came to a clear conclusion: you cannot fix a system built on disconnection from within that system. Now dedicated to connected living, Snorre brings together neighbours and village projects — facilitating the trust that makes the shift possible. His family home is a co-housing farm project in Norway, born directly from one of the Village Portal pilots. Father of two, community builder by nature.
Nicole is an anthropologist and community designer with seven years of field experience researching, advising, and building regenerative communities across four continents. She has worked alongside over 17 ecovillages and cohousing projects worldwide, helping founders design the social architecture that makes communities actually hold together over time — the onboarding processes, the conflict frameworks, the governance structures, and the quiet threads of trust that bind neighbours into something real. As founder of Terrenity and co-founder of Regen Tribe, Nicole bridges research depth and on-the-ground practice. She currently lives and works at Wild Seeds Ranch, an intentional community in the United States. Her knowledge is not theoretical — it's earned.
