These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply when you purchase and participate in the Village Portal Readiness Program ("Program") provided by HOLDING SPACE FOR GROWTH AS ("we", "us", "our", "Village Portal"). By completing your purchase, you ("you", "participant") agree to these Terms.

This is a standard term agreement. If you disagree with anything, you are invited to contact us at Snorre@villageportal.co to discuss.

By purchasing the Village Portal Readiness Program, you accept these Terms of Sale.

1. Program Description

The Village Portal Readiness Program is a 10-week online cohort program. The Program includes:

Program content, structure, facilitators, and scheduling are subject to change at Village Portal's discretion. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as early as reasonably possible.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable Norwegian VAT where required.

2.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing your purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2.3 Payment Requirements

Full payment is due upon enrollment unless a payment plan is explicitly offered by Village Portal.

Payment plans are not currently available. If Village Portal offers a payment plan in the future, the following terms will apply:

Important: Read this section carefully before enrolling.

3.1 30-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

3.2 Refund Eligibility Condition

Refunds are only available if you have not logged into the Circle platform after your payment is confirmed.

By logging into Circle, you acknowledge that:

3.3 Norwegian Consumer Law Notice

Under Norwegian law (forbrukerkjøpsloven and angrerettloven), consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, provided you have given explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate access to the Program and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory withdrawal right once you log into Circle.

This consent notice is displayed clearly before purchase completion, and you have the opportunity to review these Terms before finalizing payment.

3.4 No Refunds After Program Engagement

Once you have logged into Circle, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

To request a refund within the eligible window, contact us at Snorre@villageportal.co with your enrollment details. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

4. License to Use Program Content

Enrollment grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to participate in the Program and access Program materials during the access period. This license is:

You do not own any Program content. All materials remain the intellectual property of Village Portal and its licensors.

5. Content Access & Expiration

5.1 Access Period

You will have access to Program materials on the Circle platform during the Program period and for 2 weeks after your cohort's 8-week program ends.

Access expiration is based on the cohort end date, not your individual enrollment date. All participants in a cohort lose access on the same date.

5.2 Self-Reflection Window

The minimum 2-week self-reflection period before the cohort begins is included in your enrollment. You may begin self-reflection activities immediately upon enrollment, even if the cohort start date is more than 2 weeks away.

5.3 Post-Program Access

After the 2-week post-program access period expires, you will no longer be able to access Program materials, recordings, or the Circle community space associated with your cohort.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Restrictions

All Program materials—including but not limited to session recordings, workbooks, handouts, slides, frameworks, audio content, and written materials—are protected intellectual property owned by Village Portal or its licensors.

You may view and engage with Program content within the Circle platform during your access period. You may take personal notes for your own learning. You may not save, download, or retain Program content after your access expires.

7. Community Standards & Participant Conduct

The Village Portal Readiness Program is built on principles of trust, respect, and intentional community. All participants are expected to uphold these values.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund:

Village Portal reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these Community Standards. Removal decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final. No refund will be issued in cases of removal for misconduct.

7.4 Community Spaces as Bonus Feature

Access to Circle community spaces, pod forums, and peer discussion areas are bonus features of the Program. We are not responsible for interactions between participants in these spaces, though we reserve the right to moderate and remove content or participants as necessary.

8. Certification

Upon successful completion of the Program, you will receive a Village Portal Readiness Certification. Certification is awarded based on:

Certification requirements and criteria are determined by Village Portal and may be updated. Certification does not guarantee placement with any specific village project or community.

9. Disclaimers & Educational Purpose

9.1 Educational Program Only

This Program is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:

Your progress and outcomes depend on your own effort, skills, circumstances, and decisions. Village Portal provides education, facilitation, and community support but cannot control or guarantee your individual results.

9.3 Not Professional Advice

Program content and facilitator guidance do not constitute legal, financial, real estate, psychological, or medical advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific advice related to property transactions, legal matters, financial decisions, or personal wellbeing.

10. Program Changes & Adjustments

Village Portal reserves the right to adjust the Program format, content, schedule, or facilitators if necessary. This includes but is not limited to:

Significant changes will be communicated to participants as early as reasonably possible. Program changes do not entitle participants to refunds once the refund eligibility window has closed.

11. Technical Requirements & Support

11.1 Your Technical Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Village Portal is not responsible for technical issues on your end, including but not limited to internet outages, device malfunctions, software compatibility problems, or inability to access third-party platforms.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide technical support for issues with the Circle platform or Program delivery, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or issue refunds for technical difficulties.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

By enrolling in the Program, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data for purposes including:

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, Village Portal's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for your Program enrollment.

13.2 Indirect Damages

Village Portal is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

We are not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of third-party platforms including Circle, Zoom, Stripe, or any other services integrated with the Program.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Program will be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law and jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal legal action, you agree to contact us at Snorre@villageportal.co to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

15. Updates & Future Program Versions

Your enrollment covers participation in the specific cohort for which you registered. Access to future cohorts, updated Program versions, or new content offerings may require a new enrollment fee.

Village Portal may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will apply to future enrollments but will not retroactively change the Terms under which you enrolled.
