8–10 Weeks

The Core Promise

Every failed village we've studied had the same problem. It wasn't the land. It wasn't the money. It was the people — they showed up unprepared for what it actually takes to live together. This program makes sure that's not you.

Trust in the Village

You've been Googling communities for months and still can't tell what's real. We've done the homework. Every village in the program has been personally visited and evaluated — and your pod will assess them together, so no one's making this decision alone.

Trust in Each Other

You'll spend 8 weeks with 6–8 people who are asking the same questions you are. By week four, you'll know their boundaries, their fears, and whether you'd want them next door. Some of our pilot pods are still talking daily.

Trust in Yourself

There's a difference between wanting this and being ready for it. The program helps you figure out which one you are — honestly, not hopefully.

OUR TEAM HAS SPENT DECADES IN PROJECTS AND VILLAGES. WE CONDENSED IT SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO.
Connected Living

A quiet revolution is already happening.

This isn't a commune from the '70s. It's families who got tired of paying a million kroner to live next to people they've never spoken to — and decided to try something that actually makes sense.

Shared kitchens. Neighborhood farming. Children growing up with 20 adults who know their name. Solar panels owned together. A life designed around people, not parking lots.

Co-housing residents report higher life satisfaction, lower costs, and a stronger sense of purpose. But the transition is complex — emotionally, financially, and relationally. That's exactly what this program is built for.

Shared Farming

Community gardens and food forests — so that your family eats well and belongs to something real.

Shared Energy

Solar panels and collective utilities — so that you own your infrastructure, not just your mortgage.

Affordable Living

Shared infrastructure frees up time and resources — so that you spend less on housing and more on the life you actually want to live.

Village Childhood

Playgrounds, nature, and 20+ adults who share the joy of raising children — so that your kids grow up knowing what it means to be held by a village.

YOUR JOURNEY

This program is about gaining clarity — not making binding commitments.

Over 10 weeks, you move through four stages of understanding. By the end, you'll know exactly where you stand — and what the right next step looks like for you.

1
Yourself

Find a place that is a good fit

You start by getting honest with yourself. What do you actually want? What can you afford? What matters most in a community? This clarity becomes the filter for everything that follows.

2
Your options

Identify your optimal choice

You explore and compare real village projects alongside your pod — looking at lifestyle, values, location, and cost. You're not committing. You're building a clear picture of what fits your life.

3
Your future neighbours

Get to know your potential neighbors and build trust

Real village life starts with real relationships. Your pod gives you a safe place to practise the skills that make communities work — listening well, navigating disagreement, and building genuine trust.

4
Your path forward

Clarify your path forward

You leave knowing exactly where you stand. Which villages fit. Whether now is the right time. And what your honest next step looks like — with a Readiness Certificate that opens doors when you're ready to walk through them.

Priority Access to Best Villages

Warm introductions to curated villages — so that you skip months of cold outreach and land in rooms that matter.

Transferable Skills

The methodology for connection, village evaluation, and collaborative decision-making works in your teams, your family, and your existing ecosystems — not just in villages.

Personal Assessment & Recommendations

A personalized development report — so that you leave with clarity about exactly where you are and what comes next.

Honest Outcome

Not everyone will be matched. If now isn't the time, that clarity saves you from a costly mistake — and gives you a clear path forward when you are ready.

WHAT YOU'RE LEFT WITH

You don't just finish the program. You leave with something real.

Overview & Clarity

A complete picture of what's available, what it takes, and which villages match your life — so that the overwhelm of researching alone is replaced by a clear shortlist.

Connection with Villages

Direct introductions to curated village projects and the people building them — so that you skip months of cold outreach and land in rooms that matter.

Connection with Your Pod

Real relationships with 6–8 people who've done the same work — so that the neighbors you practiced with could become the neighbors who define your life.

Connection with Yourself

Clarity on who you are, what you bring, and what kind of community will make you thrive — so that you make this decision from self-knowledge, not fantasy.

Collaborative Assessments

A portfolio of village evaluations your pod built together — so that your next step is backed by collective intelligence, not just a gut feeling.

Trust

By the end, you'll know whether this is for you — and you'll trust that answer. The program runs as a neighbourhood simulation: real relationships, real disagreements, real decisions. So when the time comes, you're not guessing.

WHERE WE'RE LOOKING

The next cohort's village menu is being built right now.

We're currently vetting village projects across five countries: Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal. We visit every site. We meet every developer. We look at the finances, the governance model, the community design, and whether the values match what our participants are building toward.

Not every project makes it into our network — and that's the point. When we introduce you to a village, it's because we'd move there ourselves.
